       Milk Cooling Tank

o  Use : Milk cooling tanks are essential for maintaining the

 quality and freshness of milk, and they are widely used

in the dairy industry to store and cool milk after milking.

They are available in a range of sizes and configurations

 to meet the needs of different farms and processing

 plants.



   Centrifugal Pump

o   Use : centrifugal pump may be perfect for pumping water-like fluids such as milk or for clean-in-place processes, processors may need a positive displacement pump to efficiently pump viscous products such as cheese curds, yogurt, or cottage cheese


   Cream Separator

Use : cream separator, machine for separating and removing cream from whole milk; its operation is based on the fact that skim milk (milk with no butterfat) is heavier than cream



            Batch Milk Pasteurizer

Use : Pasteurization is a process of heating treatment to kill disease-carrying germs in milk and ice cream mix without affecting their nutritional and natural qualities. After heating, the milk or ice cream mix remains at a high temperature for the time required to kill all germs and then quickly chilled to store at 4 °C



         Milk Homogenizer

o   Use : Homogenization creates a more uniform texture, a more pleasant flavour and a whiter colour. In addition, homogenization makes the milk creamy and prevents a layer of cream from forming in the milk, a quality that made homogenized milk popular with consumers as early as the 1920.


          Float Balance Tank

o   Use : Float-Controlled Balance Tank (FCBT): Maintains a constant head of milk for feeding the raw milk pump; also receives any sub-temperature milk diverted by flow diversion valve (FDV)


Milk Storage Tank

o   Use : Milk storage is an important part of dairy product processing and manufacturing. Whether it's a cooling tank effective for milk refrigeration, a tank for storing raw milk directly from the farm, or even storing processed milk for the production of products like cheese, these tanks improve milk quality.


      Pouch Packing Machine

o   Use : Milk Pouch Packing Machine, printed packing material with photocell marks can be used. After making a pouch, the desired quantity of liquid is filled in a ready formed tube. This formed tube is controlled by gravity fill electromagnetic valve and timer

 

    Ammonia Tank

o   Use : Store ammonia gas

o   Ammonia Gas : Ammonia, as metabolite of microbial activity, was confirmed to be a suitable rapid monitoring index of the total hygienic quality of large mass raw milk. A 0.82 correlation was found between the total bacterial count and NH3, which we feel to be particularly influenced by the psycrophilic microflora.




     Air Compressor

o   Use : Compressed air can be used not only to operate the milking system but also to clean, stimulate and strip the teat ready for milking and to clean it down after to eliminate any risk of milk contamination.



    Cooling Tower

o   Use : Cooling Tower should be as close as possible to the dairy to avoid excessive rise in temperature of the water circulating in the piping. The tower operates more efficiently in dry windy conditions than when the weather is humid and still


 Boiler

o   Use : boilers are primarily used for Pasteurization and UHT of milk. Milk Boiler ensures good shelf life and destroys disease-causing microorganisms. This emphasizes the requirement for flexible and reliable heat sources, which may keep the dairy milk systems running without any hurdle.

o   Use of Steam : Steam is used in the dairy for indirect heating, direct heating and sterilization processes. It is essential that in all of these applications high quality steam is available at the correct temperature and pressure. These applications will include: Hot water heaters. Indirect plate heat exchangers.
